Our rewards program is simple...you earn real cash, not points or credits, for your referrals*. Our
referral program is a fast and easy way for you to generate income or pay for your wedding
photography services. You earn 2.5% of the contracted hourly rates, subject to plan conditions ~ just
one of our ways we give back to our loyal customers and friends - become part of our studio family!
Referral Plan A**
While booking your wedding session online, via our "Event Information" form, suggest a friend or
family member who has an upcoming wedding. If they book their wedding online, via our "Event
Information" form you become eligible for rewards. Each wedding session must be contracted for a
minimum of 3 hours in length.
Referral Plan B***
If you do not have an upcoming wedding, but would like to earn referral rewards, or wish to give them
to the wedding couple as a gift, complete their proposed wedding information online, via our "Event
Information" form. Brian Shimla Photography will then contact them, letting them know you have
suggested our services and invite them to complete our online "Event Information" form. Their
wedding session must be contracted for a minimum of 3 hours.
Notes:
* Referral earnings are calculated and issued in Canadian dollars, by cheque. Not applicable to
wedding contacts already discounted beyond normal hourly discounting or where a deposit has
already been paid. Referral rewards are calculated on professional services of Brian Shimla
Photography only, and not on products or handling fees. In order to be eligible for referral rewards
wedding services must be requested or referred online via our "Event Information" form and all
information completed in full. Only one person may claim referral rewards per wedding contract. By
participating in these programs you agree that Brian Shimla Photography or their designate shall
retain sole rights where further interpretation of a plan is required or to designate who shall receive
referral rewards.
** You are eligible to receive a refund or credit on your session, once Brian Shimla Photography is
satisfied that their contract has been paid in full and your contract has been completed and a
deposit received. Rewards are issued by cheque if the referring party's event is paid in full. Where
the event is not paid in full, a credit shall be applied to the contracted amount, and any credit
balance, if applicable, be paid by cheque.
